Function            MGetSensitivity - get mouse sensitivity

  Syntax              unsigned MGetSensitivity(void);

  Prototype in        mousehk.h

  Remarks             gets the mouse sensitivity.

                      _mouse2 is the horizontal mickey/pixel ratio, as
                      used by MSetRatio().

                      _mouse3 is the vertical mickey/pixel ratio, as used
                      by MSetRatio().

                      _mouse4 is the double speed threshold, as used by
                      MSetThreshold().

  Return value        returns the double speed threshold.
